Ashish Chauhan is the Head of the Department of Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Outreach Head at Delhi Collage of Art, New Delhi. He is also an interdisciplinary visual practitioner based in Delhi.

In 2019, he co-founded StudioA68, an independent platform that fosters collaborative artistic practices through gatherings, presentations, open studios, and critical discourse. His artistic practice draws inspiration from everyday experiences, conversations, and overlooked moments, exploring their potential as sites of reflection and inquiry.

Working across sound, performance, installation, drawing, and new media, Chauhan’s practice investigates the relationship between the body, time, and space. Through his work, he seeks to connect academic approaches with contemporary artistic methodologies, creating meaningful engagements between art and its audiences.
